All teams must enter thru their State Director
If your state does not have a director, contact the ISA National Office
 
Entry fee MUST be paid/received by Aug 17th end of day
Rosters Must be approved by your state director
 
Tournament Blind Draw / Coaches meetings
All blind draws / coaches meetings will be held at the Summit Complex meeting room at fields 5 & 6.
 
Women - All classes - 7:30 pm EST
Women teams should be prepared to start play Saturday morning at 8:00 am EST

ISA North Carolina & East TN State Championship
Entry fee: 300 CASH + sanction fee of not sanctioned

Men Open - 6 HR then out
Men D - 2 HR then out
Men E - 1 HR the IEO
Men Rec - 0 HR IEO (most likely be combined with E)
Women - Unlimited

We will have balls for sell. $5.00 each / $60.00 dozen
(Each team will get 3 balls when they pay entry fee and turn roster in)

Tournament Info:
Teams will be required to hit the ball sold at the complex.  Everyone MUST hit the same ball.
$5.00 each or $50.00 per dozen at the complex

We will NOT start on Friday night!!!  BUT everybody should be prepared to start play at 8:45 Saturday morning.

State Champions will be put in the hat to be drawn out first.
After the State Champions have been placed in the brackets, the other teams will be placed in a hat to be drawn out.
This will take place at NOON Aug 28th at a location to be announced in the near future.
Teams that do not have a Coach/Manager present will be the last ones to be put on the brackets

We will have a ISA World Series softball that all teams must hit....
$5.00 each or $60.00 a dozen  - they are the XROCKS

We will be testing bats BEFORE you play....
Coaches should bring all the teams bats at one time.
We will test up to 20 per team....

We will have a Home Run Derby on Friday evening starting at 6:00 pm and going to 9:30pm (if people stop signing up, we will stop before 9:30)
Cost to enter is $15.00
Hit your own bat, it can be any bat
Hit your balls - it can be any 12” softball
You supply your own pitcher too
13 pitches of which you can hit 10 of them
NIW Bat to the winner

ELITE TEAMS WILL START PLAY 8:00 AM SATURDAY MORNING
UPPER AND LOWER TEAMS WILL START PLAY ON FRIDAY
WOMEN TEAMS WILL START PLAY ON FRIDAY
TEAMS SHOULD BE READY TO START PLAY AT APPROXIMATELY  5:00pm ON FRIDAY -  THIS DOESN’T MEAN FOR SURE THAT WE WILL START THIS EARLY - BUT WE WANT YOU TO BE PREPARED IN CASE WE NEED TO.
